Refund Policy

Vision 2 Vibes LLC
Effective Date: January 29, 2026

Vision 2 Vibes LLC (“V2V,” “we,” “us”) understands that plans can change. This Refund Policy explains how deposits, payments, cancellations, and reschedules are handled for entertainment and bartending services.

Deposits & Retainers

  • All bookings require a non‑refundable retainer to secure the event date.

  • The retainer compensates for reserving staff, turning away other bookings, planning time, and preparation costs.

  • Retainers are not refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law.

Final Payments

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services without refund of the retainer.

Client Cancellations

If the Client cancels services:

  • More than 14 days before the event:

    • Retainer is forfeited

    • Any additional payments made beyond the retainer will be refunded

  • 14 days or fewer before the event:

    • 100% of all payments are non‑refundable

This policy reflects staffing commitments, scheduling restrictions, and event preparation costs.

Rescheduling

  • Reschedule requests are subject to availability.

  • If a new date is available, the retainer may be applied to the rescheduled event once, provided notice is given at least 14 days prior to the original event date.

  • A reschedule fee may apply.

  • If no alternative date is available, the cancellation terms above apply.

Weather & Outdoor Events

  • Outdoor events proceed rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.

  • Weather‑related concerns do not qualify for refunds.

  • If unsafe conditions prevent service and no reasonable alternative is provided by the Client, refunds (if any) are at V2V’s discretion, minus non‑recoverable costs and time already spent.

Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

If services cannot be performed due to events beyond either party’s control (including but not limited to government orders, natural disasters, power outages, or venue closures):

  • Both parties will make good‑faith efforts to reschedule.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, any refund issued will exclude:

    • The non‑refundable retainer

    • Time already spent on planning, staffing, or procurement

    • Any non‑recoverable third‑party costs

Service Termination During Event

No refunds will be issued if services are paused or terminated due to:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Aggressive or threatening behavior

  • Failure to comply with event policies

  • Illegal activity

  • Excessive intoxication of guests

Safety decisions are final and non‑negotiable.

No‑Shows & Late Starts

  • Failure to provide venue access or event readiness at the scheduled start time does not extend service hours or qualify for refunds.

  • No‑shows are non‑refundable.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Vision 2 Vibes LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns.
Initiating a chargeback for services rendered or deposits clearly disclosed as non‑refundable may result in additional fees and documentation being provided to the payment processor.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times vary by bank or payment provider and are typically completed within 7–10 business days.
