What to expect

VISION 2 VIBES — HOW WE WORK 

 

• What we do: We staff professional bartenders and entertainers for your event. We don’t sell alcohol unless we’re working with a licensed venue/caterer. You can provide the alcohol, or the venue/caterer can.

 

• Permits (important): For ticketed/public events or any event selling drinks, DC usually requires a temporary alcohol license. Private, invitation‑only house parties with no ticket sales usually don’t — but ask us if you’re unsure. If you need a permit, we’ll point you to the right place.

 

• IDs & safety: We check IDs and won’t serve anyone under 21 or who appears intoxicated. We can limit or stop alcohol service if safety is an issue.

 

• Staffing: We’ll help you choose the right number of bartenders for your guest count and menu so lines stay short.

 

• Setup: Please make sure there’s a safe spot for the bar, ice, water, and trash — and easy load‑in.

 

• Payments & changes: A [50%] deposit holds your date. The balance is due [7] days before. If you need to change dates, we’ll try our best; late cancellations may be charged.

 

• Photos: We may take simple photos of our bar setup and team, but tell us if you’d rather we didn’t.

 

• Insurance: We’re insured and can share a COI if your venue needs one.
