Booking Policies

Bartender Policy

✔ I am 21+ and I am authorized to book services for this event.

 

✔ I understand Vision 2 Vibes LLC does not sell alcohol and will only serve alcohol if (a) provided by the host/venue and (b) the event has any required DC licenses/permits (e.g., temporary Class F/G for public or ticketed events) OR is held at a licensed venue/caterer.

 

✔ I understand service will be refused to anyone under 21 or visibly intoxicated, and service may be paused/ended for safety.

 

✔ I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

 

✔ I consent to limited event photos/videos of the bar setup and staff for V2V marketing. (You can opt out by emailing us.)

Private Homes / Residential Event Policy

•The host confirms the event is private, invitation‑only, and not open to the general public. 

• No admission is charged that includes alcohol, and no alcohol is sold. If admission or sales will occur, the host will secure any required DC temporary alcohol license (Class F/G) or hire a licensed caterer. 

• The host will manage guest behavior, access, and occupancy in compliance with local rules and quiet hours. 

• The host provides adequate lighting, potable water, trash, and safe bar area away from minors. 

• If the event extends outdoors or uses amplified sound in public space (sidewalk/parking/public way), the host will secure any required amplified sound or public space permits.

Corporate / Venue Events Policy

• Client will coordinate venue rules (load-in times, COI/Additional Insured wording, vendor portal, access control). 

• If the venue or its caterer is licensed, their alcohol service policies control; V2V staff will follow house rules. 

• Client will provide final guest count, menu, and timeline at least [10] business days prior for accurate staffing. 

• Client will ensure compliance with building/venue noise policies and any applicable amplified sound limits.

Festivals, Outdoor, or Public Space Policy

• Client will obtain all required permits/licenses for public space occupancy (e.g., special event permits, amplified sound license, temporary alcohol license Class F/G), security plan, and medical/EMS as applicable. 

• Client will provide controlled entry, ID checkpoints, and a method to identify 21+ guests (e.g., wristbands). 

• Service rules: per-transaction drink limits, last‑call timing, no glass in designated areas if required. 

• Weather: Client provides suitable shelter for staff and equipment (tents with ballast), and contingency for high heat/cold or lightning. 

• Waste & water: Client ensures adequate potable water, spill control, and waste/recycling management.
